Description

A delicious chutney that could be had with any vitality bowl and an Ayurvedic Staple


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup fresh mint (can sub parsley)
  • 1 tsp green chile (optional)
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice (fresh )
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin (ground roast (can add up to 1 tsp))
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 1/4 cup water as needed (add extra water to get the blender going )
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp ginger (grated)


Instructions

  1. Puree ingredients until smooth. For extra smoothness, you can remove cilantro leaves from the stems. Add extra water as needed to get the blender moving. Adjust salt at the end. Can add extra peppers or lime juice to your preference.
  2. Best served within first 30 minutes as it is the most amazing bright brilliant green.
