For the Chia Pudding:
- 1 cup unsweetened plant milk
- 1 cup plant yogurt
- 3/4 cup chia seeds
- 1–2 teaspoon ceremonial-grade matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or raw honey) optional (i don’t add)
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
For the Mango Puree:
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Toppings (Optional):

Instructions
- Prepare the Chia Pudding: In a bowl, whisk together the almond milk and yogurt and then add matcha powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt until smooth.
- Stir in the chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring once after 30 minutes to prevent clumping.
