- 1 dried basil – Ocimum basilicum
- 1 dried crushed rosemary – Salvia Rosmarinus
- 1 dried tarragon – Artemisia dracunculus
- 1 dried marjoram – Origanum majorana
- 1 dried oregano – Origanum vulgare
- 1 bay leaf crushed – Laurus nobilis, Lauraceae
Instructions
- Blend the spices in mortar and pestle to break up into smaller pieces.
