  • 1 dried thyme - Thymus vulgaris
  • 1 dried basil - Ocimum basilicum
  • 1 dried crushed rosemary - Salvia Rosmarinus
  • 1 dried tarragon - Artemisia dracunculus
  • 1 dried marjoram - Origanum majorana
  • 1 dried oregano - Origanum vulgare

     bay leaf crushed - Laurus nobilis, Lauraceae


Instructions

  • Blend the spices in mortar and pestle to break up into smaller pieces.
