Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups sliced dino kale
- 1/2 cup soaked raw cashews (can also use soaked sunflower seeds)
- 1–2 tsp spice blend of your choice – i love Pav Bhaji masala. Other options are chili spice blend (curry, herbs de Provence or poultry seasoning)
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1–2 tbsp sauerkraut or 1 tsp of lemon juice if not available
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- In small bowl combine soaked cashews (soak for 1 hour minimum), nutritional yeast, water, spices, lemon juice or sauerkraut
- Puree finely in high speed blender
- Cover the kale with this mixture
- Cook on lowest setting of your oven until crispy. I have a warming oven that is around 170…. if you have a dehydrator, that would go overnight.
- Eat instead of chips!
