  • 2 cups Just EGG (for 8 inch pie pan)
  • 4 tbsp ChickPea Flour
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Herbs (dill, parsley, basil, etc )
  • 1 Vegan Pie Crust


Instructions

  1. Let the pie crust come to room temp.
  2. Press the pie crust into the tart or pie pan you are using. Try to minimize handling.
  3. Place back into freezer for 30 min.
  4. Combine just egg, chickpea flour and fresh herbs (This recipe is for 8 inch pie pan.) If you have extra, can create a crepe with this same mixture.)
