Galaxy Vegan Fondue Dip

Try this delicious vegan cheese fondue dip that is great addition on game days or parties served with fresh vegetables and toasted sourdough.

  • 2 cups purple cauliflower
  • 2/3 cup raw cashews
  • water as needed
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice


  • Soak the cashews in warm water for at least 30 min.
  • Coarsely chop the cauliflower.
  • Steam the cauliflower in steam for 7-9 minutes until soft.
  • Combine cashews, lemon juice, and soaked cashews in a high-speed blender.
  • Add water gradually to allow for thicker puree. Start with 1/4 cup and add by 1-2 tbsp until the desired consistancy is found. It can take several minutes.
  • Add in other flavors as desired. Some options are miso, spices, and nutritional. yeast.
