Interested in an Ayurvedic technique before you start eating to activate mindful eating ???

… consider this one that I learned from my studies in Ayurveda with Dr. Lad.

I like to use pink Himalayan Salt.

Grate a little ginger, add dash salt, and place onto a piece of lime. It will wake up your awareness that a meal is coming!
