Clinical medicine or entrepreneurship often means working through the weekend.

I know many high achievers who run the engine 24/7. This one really applies to me.

And someone once told me – even high-performance cars take a rest – you can’t run the engines hot all the time. Though I would if I could 😜

@drdaltonsmith has a wonderful Tedtalk on the seven types of rest.

* Sensory Rest
* Creative Rest
* Emotional Rest
* Social Rest
* Spiritual Rest

This tedtalk was a potent reminder to me on the value of pausing. Creating boundaries to some things so that we can say yes to other things. So many aspects of our lives we may need rest from. @amaratmakhalsa reminds me to relax, rest? Who helps you?
