Let’s make a simple 3 ingredient galaxy vegan fondue dip that you have at any upcoming event that replaces the dairy-rich one you may have had in the past. You can add additional flavors and spices like thyme, ginger, mustard, salt, pepper, or nutritional yeast. Serve this with crudités- freshly sliced raw (or lightly steamed) veggies and delicious French bread.

It is pH-dependent. When it is in an acidic environment, it has more blue tones and when it is in an acidic environment, it has pink tones. In cooking, acidity can be added many ways.

You can also add on top any combination of nuts, seeds, and spices.
I like to lightly steam raw vegetables to make them more digestible.
Traditionally fondue can be found with bread however adding the vegetables creates more potentiality for added plant nutrients.
It is also delicious with warm toasted sourdough toast bites.
