Let’s make a simple 3 ingredient galaxy vegan fondue dip that you have at any upcoming event that replaces the dairy-rich one you may have had in the past. You can add additional flavors and spices like thyme, ginger, mustard, salt, pepper, or nutritional yeast. Serve this with crudités- freshly sliced raw (or lightly steamed) veggies and delicious French bread.

The food we eat has a major impact on our health, but the way we prepare it can also have an effect. Eating a diet high in processed foods, sugar, and unhealthy fats can lead to many health problems, such as obesity and heart disease. But what if I told you that changing just one of these factors could make all the difference? Just by cooking a meal with healthier ingredients, you can improve your health. Getting rid of the rich dairy version of fondue with this plant-based recipe is a delicious option.

Lemon and vinegar are two options to experiment with. You can see more in the video about how this works.
What is best to serve with this dip?
You can also add on top any combination of nuts, seeds, and spices.
I like to lightly steam raw vegetables to make them more digestible.
Traditionally fondue can be found with bread however adding the vegetables creates more potentiality for added plant nutrients.
