Here’s how you can have a quick and healthy lunch today. This is what we eat 1-3 days per week. It’s quick, light to digest, and delicious. Steaming a selection of vegetables that you love and then incorporating fresh noodles with that and little broth gives a filing and nutritous plant-based meal.
